Our clinic is conveniently located in the Northlake Professional Center near the intersection of Northlake Boulevard and Military Trail. We proudly serve Palm Beach Gardens and surrounding areas, including North Palm Beach, Jupiter, West Palm Beach, and Lake Park.

Driving Directions:

• From I-95, take Exit 77 (Northlake Blvd) and head west.
  
• Continue approximately 2 miles; our office is on the right-hand side in Suite #209.
  
• Free parking is available in front of the building.

Our facility is fully accessible, with elevator access for patients who require assistance.

you’re currently taking so Dr. Rice can create the most informed care plan.

Insurance and Payment Information

We are an out-of-network provider and do not bill insurance directly. However, we are happy to provide detailed receipts for out-of-network reimbursement or Health Savings Account (HSA) submissions.

Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, check, and most major credit cards. Please contact our front desk with any questions regarding fees or payment options.
